We’re excited to announce we’re offering some opportunities for in-person, studio classes this September at Assisi Yoga, located at 1400 North Winton Road in East Irondequoit!

+Mindful Movement with Kasia every Wednesday in September @ 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Erin will be teaching through Assisi and offering kids classes for a variety of ages on the following Mondays: 9/13, 9/20, 9/27

+Little Yogi & Me @ 10:00 – 10:45 AM
+Empowered Tweens + Teens @ 4:30 – 5:15 PM
+Empowered Kids @ 5:30 – 6:15 PM

Here are some details & protocols regarding the Assisi classes:

+Nothing will change in how you register for class. You’ll be able to use your current yoga pass and continue to register through the NYM calendar.

+Class size is limited to 8 so we have a lot of space for comfort & distance.

+During this time, Assisi’s policy is to request that you wear a mask entering the building until you arrive in the yoga room & exiting the building after class is over. If not vaccinated, you are “asked, encouraged, exhorted” to continue wearing a mask throughout your stay at Assisi. If vaccinated, you may remove your mask once in the yoga room.

+If you are comfortable using shared props, you may use the ones at Assisi. Please bring a blanket or towel from home if you’ll be using the Assisi blankets & bolsters. If you’re not comfortable using shared props, please bring your own to class with you.

+For parking, please pull into the the main entrance (opposite Hurstbourne Rd) and take an immediate left into the main lot, directly in front of the building. This is the second parking lot, if you are coming from the North (by way of Empire Boulevard).

+To get to the yoga room, come in the main entrance and make a right. Make another right down the hallway. The yoga room is the 4th door on the left.

Assisi is a beautiful yoga studio, and we’re grateful to our wonderful friend, and director of Assisi Yoga, Christianne Asper-Contant for giving us the opportunity to share her studio space! We hope to continue teaching there through the winter and will keep you up to date on a monthly basis. If all goes as planned, you can expect to see more classes to come in October!
